Perfect for egg whites!
This is the second one of these that I've bought, and I totally love them. Our family increased, so I need to purchase a larger one. These are so amazingly easy to use, that I was even able to teach my 9 year old how to use it (with extreme caution, of course). Most important in my book was my ability to use them with just egg whites. They are perfect for that...and for making the perfect egg with out all of the frying. Easy to clean and very easy to handle. Strongly recommended.

Perfect poached eggs every time
Perfect little egg cooker, I love it. A poached egg for me is perfect at 6 min. 20 seconds. Highly recommend this great little pan, so easy to use!

ATTENTION FYI
This is a excellent poacher. I was looking for a small 2 egg poacher and this is perfect. Love the stainless steel and the metal baskets are non stick. My only recommendation would be to make the handle either all metal or metal protecting the underside of the handle. I have an electrical stove and used the poacher on the bigger burner which the heat of the burner was right under the handle. I was standing there watching it and could smell something burning like a strong plastic smell, along with a popping sound. I immediately shut the burner off and checked the poacher where I saw the handle was beginning to melt and extremely hot. I moved the poacher to the smaller burner, making sure the handle wasn't directly over the heat and it worked perfectly. It's a great poacher, only for the one slight problem. Hope this helps.

Works on induction cooktop
I like this egg poacher pan. It's not high quality metals, but it works. I use it on a induction cooktop. Induction is so π₯ hot, it's hard on metals, you can get rainbow colors or even a rust look in your pan, but a little vinegar diluted in water fixs that. Use a lower heat too to avoid over heating metals & discoloration. Handle stays cool at the end, but hot towards the pot. Lid Handle gets hot. Lid has steam release hole & is clear glass so you can see how the eggs are cooking. The non stick egg cups only work if brushed with a little butter or oil. I would buy again, if needed.

Buy it itβs just what you need
Much better than trying to do it in a pot of water. Why did I waste my time?. This is quick and easy. Love the simplicity. Put a smear of olive oil in each cup and go.

Great Poached Egg Cookware
Love the clear glass lid. With my old one I had to peek every so often to see if eggs were done. Enjoying having this in my kitchen.
