Why did you pick this product vs others?:Gluten free packaged mac n cheese is so crazy expensive. I love having this stuff in hand that I can use with my choice of noodles. Make it as cheesy as you want (although it does get salty if you go overboard). Good on broccoli too.

I've tried several Cheddar powders from various companies, and none of them come close to Judee's in flavor, texture, and convenience. I *love* how nicely this powder pours out of the packet with no clumping.It tastes great on just about anything you can think of, including potatoes, popcorn, steamed veggies of all varieties, and pork rinds. I even sprinkled it over a fantastic tossed salad! What will you use it on?I've just placed an order for my second bag. I can see myself using this for a long time.

Yum, clean low card powdered cheese. I make keto Cheetos with avacado spray, pork rinds and powdered cheese. This is the lowest carb I can find, most have unclean ingredients and too many carbs. My new fav snack as a Ketovore :)

This makes a delicious cheese sauce for anything you are making. Easy mac and cheese, homemade hamburger helper, etc.

The cheese powder is delicious. I like that there are no artificial dyes in it. All natural. I ordered it to be able to make a lower fat Mac 'n cheese, and it did not disappoint! The only thing I would be mindful of is that it is pretty high in sodium. Didn't realize that until I was looking though my nutrition app. Also, I agree with the packaging, how it is a fine powder so kind of puffs out when you open it.
