My PCP recommended this and I didn’t notice any difference until I ran out! The fatigue and moody swings were kicking in and immediately bought a refill and feel much much better.

It’s always a chance on supplements, but this label does what I need it to do and seems to work.

I have bought other liquid gel caps from Gaia herbs before (Rhodolia Rosea) and was on them for months at a time, and felt SUCH a huge difference. My friend had turned me onto them as she knew they were easier to digest and process (I have a leaky gut so it can be hard to get any nutrients out of any vitamins or supplements - or food).This is the best version - both brand and type (the liquid capsules) that I have ever had. I've been on and off of Vitex due to having too much estrogen/not enough progesterone. It helps a LOT. I am in perimenopause and had heavy periods at various times - sometimes it wouldn't stop and was heavy and never stopped, not even for months. That's usually a sign of needing progesterone and Vitex is one of the safest ways of getting it without any side effects. I've been on progesterone cream, which I seemed to need increasing amounts of after awhile, and after about a year or a year and a half of that, it just wasn't enough. I then switched to pharmaceutical progesterone and that did work, but it is less safe and had various side effects. It was also hard on my liver.My friend suggested Vitex, which I may need for awhile, and it has worked like a charm. It stopped the heavy periods within a day or two. I've had it via a tincture and regular capsules, but the Gaia herbs version is far superior.

Gaia has been the highest quality herbal supplement brand that I have ever come across. I have been using them for almost a decade. I could rave for days about their digestive herbal blends, they are practically literally life saving.

This is a nice blend. These are capsules and are best taken with food. Sometimes the coating can get stuck in the throat no matter how much water you drink so best with food with any kind of capsule. Was having mood swings and this helped.

I was really struggling with going through Peri- and my hormones have been all over the place.I was excited to give this a try and it did not disappoint! I feel sooo much better now, and can only attribute it to this supplement

Make sure you take this under the advice/supervision of a doctor/medical professional, because it changes/alters your hormone levels.But with that said, I'm so glad that my doctor recommended this to me. I was lucky enough to find a doctor that's and ND/MD and when I told her all of my symptoms, she was able to discern that I was extremely low on several vitamins because my body's inability to absorb them, due to a surgery I had, and also that I needed this supplement to help battle some extreme irritability and other issues. It worked well for me. Glad this brand exists.

I usually buy this brand of Chaste tree berry from Fullscript through my natropath's reccomendation. I take it every day to help balance my progesterone and estrogen levels, and it has helped. However, I have bought this brand through Amazon twice now because it was slightly cheaper, and I feel like it's not working as well. Also, it came packaged with a different seal and no cotton inside the bottle like it usually comes when I order from Fullscript. I could be wrong, but I'm wondering if this product is less potent or tampered with. Some of my symptoms from having low progesterone and high estrogen is that I get a debilitating migraine once a month right after I ovulate, I have shorter irregular cycles, and I have bad anxiety and low immunity right before my periods. These symptoms were going away on the same product I bought through Fullscript, but they've coming back since I started taking this product from Amazon's supplier. I don't think I will be ordering this product anymore from Amazon.
