Excellent product. I use these on long hikes, when it's hot out and I sweat a lot.I've experienced the discomfort of electrolyte imbalance after a long hike. Swollen hands, headache. I found it wasn't just dehydration but I also needed electrolytes. I started using these and along with staying hydrated, I've not had any more issues.Pros- the taste is good. Good enough for a salt tablet! Texture is also fine. No issues swallowing this large tablet as it is a chewable tablet. This is also pretty affordable and will last quite a long time. Easy to share with friends too.Cons- noneI find these to be necessary for a long trek .

Okay hear me out they are a bit sour/salty at first but these are the quickest and by far best tasting product to get electrolytes quick. As a chronic illness girly these are must haves in my purse.

Never knew these existed until I saw them on Strava. I'm a heavy sweater and this helps to keep me hydrated. Its easy to take while on a run or race. These also have a good flavor. No Stomach ache. Chewable so don't have to swallow mid run. No cramps since taking it

These taste great and help keep me hydrated during race weekends! I use after my runs while training and during the big race days. They are a must to pack when I go! Great flavor and it doesn’t upset my gut health or leave any weird tastes. The speed in which they work is amazing! We love these tablets for our customers and our dirt bike tours. They are easy to eat and the taste is ok. They really help our customers with fatigue and help to balance their systems out nicely. Great product!

So far so good. I have not been diagnosed with POTS, but my second pregnancy has gifted me with all the distinct conditions. The only thing that improves my symptoms is BodyArmor IV drinks and a heap of soy sauce on my meal. Tons and tons of water is also required. These are pretty low in sodium, but a good supplement alongside meals and such. The flavor is like sour candy if taken with water. Without water, it’s very strong with a bitter aftertaste. I imagine I may go through these quite fast. I hope they make a noticeable difference in the coming days.

These are helpful for hot and humid cycling. I purchased a smaller size previously and purchased again in this larger bottle. This product tastes great and works.
