I bought this pad for my husband because he has spondylitis and is in constant pain. He immediately found relief with this pad and uses it every day, especially while resting or watching tv. He has to keep heating it up, but it's obvious it will cool down eventually. Worth every penny.

Neck band very cosy and easy to heat to whatever heat that suit you. Good value for the cost and arrived quickly.

It is a good product and is comfortable around the neck and shoulders. Wish it retained the heat for longer though. A good buy though and worth the cost.

Got this heat pack because it looked well shaped and larger than most. It doesn’t disappoint. It almost feels weighted so it provides alot of comfort. I’ve used it for my lumbar region and neck/shoulders and it’s been ideal.It does take some tweaking in terms of heating - the recommended time didn’t heat it enough the first couple of uses but after that it seemed to be much better.Would definitely recommend

The product is a great size and fit for earning the neck and shoulders, I just wish it stayed hot a little longer.
