I have been taking this consistently for almost a year and I can honestly say I probably will never stop! I have seen a huge difference in my energy and skin. I especially have to say I think it has done wonders for me during my period. They have been consistent and less cramping and better energy through it. High quality. No plastic! Glass jar with metal lid. I red some reviews that said product looks different. I decided to call the company who replied quickly to my message I left. The called back next day. We had a nice chat and they explained that their product is the same except the process is a little different than previously. The grind is much finer and freeze drying process a bit different but it is the same high quality liver as before. If you have questions just call them and they are happy to talk. This is great customer service and very knowledgeable people! They answered some other questions I had. I will definitely buy regularly!

Very good beef liver supplement, and only having to take 4 capsules a day is an added benefit. The other top brands require a daily dosage of 6 capsules. I will continue to use these supplements for the foreseeable future.

I need iron supplements and I like liver and organ meats to get there. I don't like the taste though (especially of liver)- so the supplements are the next best option for me.I haven't done labs yet, but I have been happy with how I feel with these so far.No weird burps or nausea.Ingredients are good- sourced from grass-fed bison.I feel pretty comfortable with the quality of these though- well known brand and seems to be quality checked and tested, unlike many other brands.Cons: They are pricey, but I feel pretty confident in the quality.

Love these liver capsules. There are many different brands, but these are my favorite. You only need 4 to get 3000 mg. They come in glass bottles and seem very high quality !!
