The pill are a little larger than others but, they are very easy to swallow the coating makes it very easy to swallow. Within 30 minutes of taking them you start to get drowsy. I take one tablet and that works for me. There are no bitter taste no chalky coating

These arent working for me. I was taking a name brand and these were a great deal for same active ingredient. Don’t know why they wouldn’t provide the same effect.

I used to take another kind, but for some reason the price went insanely up. So I tried these and they actually work. But I feel a little groggy in the morning sometimes, if I don't get more than 6hrs sleep.
