if you planing to sleep in an hour take this 2 hour before sleep if you taking this pill while going to bed it wont work right away, but once it hits you will have 5 6 hours good sleep and woken up feeling better, so so don't think like a cartoon character, you dump the pill in and started feeling that you are in clouds, no it wont happen,

Had trouble sleeping. Take a half on those nights and puts me out. Wake up a little foggy, but nothing a cup a coffee doesn't fix.

It really works, I recommend it to everyone. I sleep great, my head doesn't hurt - it's very suitable for the whole family.

I take 2-4 of these at a time because it is very, very difficult for me to fall asleep. I started buying the 50 mg now so I don't have to take so many at a time, but these are good as well. Get the job done and cheaper than brand name.
