Best investment for my sleep
I recently tried out nasal strips for the first time and I have to say, I'm extremely impressed with the results. These little strips have made a huge difference in my ability to breathe comfortably throughout the night, which has led to better sleep and an overall improvement in my quality of life. One of the things I love about nasal strips is how easy they are to use. You simply apply them to the bridge of your nose before bed, and they gently lift and open up your nasal passages. The adhesive is strong enough to keep the strip in place all night, but it's also gentle enough that it doesn't irritate my skin or leave any residue behind. But the real game-changer is how well these strips work. I've noticed a significant improvement in my ability to breathe clearly throughout the night, which means I wake up feeling more rested and refreshed. I also no longer snore, which is a huge relief to my partner!Overall, I highly recommend nasal strips to anyone who struggles with nasal congestion or snoring. They're a simple, effective, and affordable solution that can make a big difference in your overall health and wellbeing. I'm so glad I gave them a try!

Works perfectly if you know how to use them
I use breathing strips for two things: sleeping and running. But first the caveat: know how to apply any breathing strip. These directions (included with any breathing strips) are often ignored but will prevent peeling skin and such: before applying wash the oil off of your nose. Soap and water is all you need. Thoroughly dry your nose before applying the strip. When you need to remove the strip wet it as much as possible; I prefer to remove mine while in a warm shower. If you do this you will never have an issue with chafing, skin rash, poorly sticking strips, etc.Sleeping: very noticeable improvement when sleeping. Using both nasal passageways naturally increases the amount of air going in and out, negating the need to breath through my mouth. Less dry mouth, less snoring, less interrupted sleep due to oral irritation, longer periods of quality sleep.Athletic: typically only use breathing strips in races or very heavy training. This was a game changer, anything to open my nose and keep it open allows for more oxygen, directly translates to greater performance. Most of my races are long distance (half and full marathons), so keeping the nose open to breath also allows me to more efficiently eat/drink on the course. I'm also a heavy sweater but these strips stayed on with one exception, a very hot/humid marathon where my body could not cool down. Not the fault of the strips, heat and dampness will affect the glue holding the strips, and that was a one time instance. Why these strips over others? They have a wider surface area, ensuring better grip. I use cheaper generic ones for sleeping sometimes, and those are okay. But for running, if I have congestion, or simply really need to open up my nasal passageways I will use these every time.

THESE ACTUALLY WORK
The difference in actually breathing through your nose and being a mouth breather is astronomical in differences. I’m able to think clearer, not worry about stinky breath (because mouth breathing increases that, i do brush my teeth lmao), not be embarrassed of my annoying and loud nose breathing, and much much much better sleep. This serves as a way to seriously stop the struggle of deviated nostrils (or just messed up nostrils in general). Being able to get QUALITY SLEEP is a total game changer in how my day goes. These are not hard to use and they come pretty cheap for how long these boxes will last (one box lasts me months and months (using every night). They ALSO are incredibly durable in terms of stickiness, but not to the point of damaging your pores. I just love these. As a 21 year old guy, these make it easy to breath and not be so frustrated with such a simple task. On top of all of this, not only do you benefit from this, but your lovely girlfriend who wants to strangle you every time you fall asleep due to the fact that you cant breath at night, can now sleep peacefully as well. The only “advice” i have to the use of this amazing technology is, WIPE YOUR NOSE BEFORE EACH USE… humans are gross and we sweat a lot. And because of that, the strips have a harder time sticking if there are oils underneath. Other than that, order yourself some of these and understand it will change the way you operate and sleep on a daily basis. Last thing, these are NOT only used for sleeping, it can be used for sports, naps, yoga, workouts, work life, etc, these nose strips WILL help with these activities as well just the same. Please do yourself a favor and get these.

A few tips on how to use these without ripping the skin off your nose.
I've used nose strips for years, and I settled on Clear Passage because they have better adhesive and also have a "sip" or cut near the end of each wing to relieve stress. This allows the end on each wing to stay attached throughout the night (a good thing).I have found by long experience that I have to clean my nose of oil prior to putting the strip on. I have a small pump spray bottle that I got on Amazon, filled with Swan Isopropol alcohol, 99% (available on Amazon). Do NOT use the 80%, which is what most drug stores sell; it isn't powerful enough. I use the pump to spray one (1) square of toilet paper three times with alcohol. I use that tissue to wipe down my nose. Do NOT wipe too firmly, or you could damage your skin!I then tear a small strip of that same toilet paper square. Paper has grain, so you can only tear it in one direction successfully. Try both ways until you get it right, then memorize the pattern on the paper for later.I then peel the release tabs from the nose strip and hold the strip with one hand while laying the paper strip right across the middle, which is where the strip will land on the bridge of my nose when I put it on. I then tear off the excess paper hanging off both sides.I then apply the strip. The purpose of that little patch of tissue paper is to form a barrier between the bridge of my nose and the strip so that when I pull it off in the morning (remember, I use these every night), I won't be removing layers of skin in the process!Works for me. :)
