220-240v but not working on 220-240v power outlet
the product said it's 220- 240v, so we try to plug it directly to uae outlet but once we on the switch it got slight explode, and we try also with step down converter but it didn't work also. I dont know what to do in this item, we have a rush project and basically this item is useless

Broken
As soon as I opened the package, I saw the broken metal part of the plug (1 prong) separated from the rest of the product. Too bad 👎. I was so excited to use it, now I have to wait again to purchase a new one.
