Why wouldn't I want this ancient paper for my spiritual work ?

Cut them in half to do a map-making activity with my students in middle school. Great value and absorbed the water-color paints well.

Great for use in my classroom. Students loved working with the product.

Product is fine, unless it curls up in the packing process. Then, it is impossible to get the curl to reverse. It needs some sort of stiffener in the package. Amazon tends to puts this in a plastic bag, The papyrus does not remain flat and once it gets a curl, I have not found a good way to get it flat anymore. This affects every sheet.Of course, if this is an effect you wish to achieve (like gluing some sheets together to make a scroll) it works well for that.

Decent papyrus sheets overall, though somewhat low quality with dark strips throughout, not quite a nice consistent white surface for writing. Also, the visible sheets on the ends of the pack that I got were the dimensions advertised, but the sheets in the middle were a half and inch to one inch shorter, so I got cheated a bit from what was advertised.

This paper is really awesome. I liked the weight and the texture. It is very textured, so if you’re wanting a flat surface to write smoothly on, this is not for you. the color and the weight are really nice. I only dropped one star because it is pretty pricey.
