This thing changed my life
I was in so much pain for so long, I tried everything! I didn't want to be on pain killers, but I didn't know what to do. A preacher who struggled with the same type of chronic pain suggest this product, so I gave it a try. It's just a piece of plastic... doesn't look like anything special, but it does the job, BIGGLY! Not fun or comfortable to use, but the end results are greatly reduced pain. It's NOT a one and done thing, you have to suffer through a handful of sessions... trust me it's worth it. I purchased this instead of the "name brand" product and saved a good money. buy this with confidence and enjoy a tremendous amount of pain relief.

This thing WORKS!
This product is much better than the leading competitor and it’s not even close. The hard plastic is perfect, because it’s very firm and digs in deep, but it doesn’t pull/pinch my skin. This type of tool can do wonders, but be sure to use it correctly and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. It comes as one solid piece so there is no assembly or moving parts. I’m a barber and I’m on my feet most of the day. This tool has helped me greatly with the back pain I have from overtightness in my psoas. I use it on my lower back as well. It helps to releas the top of the psoas where it connects to the spine. I highly recommend this product, but I am not a healthcare professional, so I always suggest doing your own research and make comfortable and informed decisions for yourself. Good luck with your healing and I hope that you find the relief you’re looking for.

not a cure all for your pain but is a reasonably priced ancillary tool for psoas release
Is somewhat bulky/hard to store but I guess that just comes with the territory. It is adequate for psoas release but you shouldn't expect it to be a cure-all for lower back pain; you need to couple it with strengthening exercises. Is built out of sturdy enough plastic it gets beat on/thrown around and hasn't been broken

Skeptical
I injured one of my hips while running. Instead of taking it easy, I kept working out on it until I really felt it all the time. I took a two week break from working out and the pain being gone. One workout and the pain was back. I have been off exercises for 4 weeks but the hip pain is still there. It’s not an intense pain, more like enough to know working out on it wouldn’t be wise. I was desperate to get back to working out and avoiding the doctor and scans/meds. I ordered this and it showed up in a plastic bag with no instructions so it sat for a day or two before I could look up i instructions . If i lay on it with my butt at the peak, it‘s painful but the muscle will relax and then i extend my legs or move it to a different spot for about 5-7 minutes a day. I was shocked the next morning when the pain was gone. I did my first workout after two days of using this and no hip pain!

does not really work
I've tried this item out many times in the months that I've had it. I did try to return it and was not able to. I took it to the gym and tried it out with other women in my class who have hip issues. No one really gets what it's supposed to do and our two teachers at the gym including my yoga teacher says that it's just a big plastic waste of money.

I Love This thing!
I absolutely love this product. I suffer from a bad lower back and I feel my hips and back muscles get very tight. I use this tool to help relieve my back pain often. It’s very easy to use and versatile. I can use it in different areas to relieve muscle tension. It’s also less expensive than other ones I've seen but the lower cost doesn’t affect the quality of the tool at all. Very functional tool for all over pain relief!

The hip prongs are too far apart for my width if hips
Its pretty thick and well made, but its too wide for my hips and doesn't hit correctly where it should when i try to lay down on it.
