Thus is a really good flavour. I have it gor breakfast and it keeps me satisfied. My tummy feels less bloated.

It has got rid of all my bloating, helps me poo easier , taste delicious. gives me my chocolate fix without spoiling my diet.What's not to like ? I add it to a small portion of fat and sugar free Greek yogurt . for the first couple of weeks you may get a bit windy but that eases off. I love it , the vanilla is also very nice .

Hard to mix but I add to plain yoghurt. Not sure it’s a great value for money. Quality is good and tastes nice. Feel very full afterwards so I guess it is doing something for gut health but hard to know yet.

ExcellentI have been using this for just over a week and the benefits so far are amazing. You need a mixer to mix which makes it creamy. I use with oat milk which is delish.

This is very chocolatey, needed 4 heaped teaspoons, not the 3 teaspoons they mention, to get a good taste. As its very expensive I mix with a Heul powder scoop and banana to get really thick and have with some granola. Great for working out.
