Tried initially using it without wall mounting, but things slipped around too much. Instantly better once wall mounted. Found adding a little bit of rubber on the bottom helped too (I cut out an old mouse mat).The joints don't feel like the most solid things, wouldn't be surprised if it broke after a year, but can't really complain for the price.Yes, it only does 330ml cans, but there are bigger models if you need that.

Good product. It saves us a LOT of space in our recycle bin because of the amount of coke zero we drink. It's not big enough for 400ml beer cans but if you reduce the size of the can by twisting it, they'll fit.

It's taken a while for my husband to get round to mounting this gadget. Now he has it is a total waste of money. It will only crush 330ml cans of pop. It is not strong enough to crush beans, peas or soup cans. It is not tall enough to crush beer cans. We don't drink that many fizzy cans so it's a waste of money. Very disappointed.

Feels extremely flimsy with poorly formed rivets holding the thing together, hung it on the wall to give it a proper test before judging only to find it doesn't even fit a standard 440ml can therefore only any use for 330ml cans.Would not recommend this product to anyone at all based on the description listed, should be clearly identifies that it won't fit anything larger than a standard soft drink sized can

This is great for recycling and so easy to use

A great space saving device, very easy to use. Our recycling is collected fortnightly so space is at a minimum. It's a great device and can be placed anywhere mine is on the back of a cupboard door.

For the price I wasn’t expecting wonders and my pessimistic expectations were confirmed when it arrived and I discovered how wobbly it was. After several uses the handle bent and became ineffective.Applied for a return to Amazon and it was approved without having to even send back the item. Whether the algorithm is price-based or because they have had so many returns on this item, I couldn’t say.After reading other reviews it notes it is more effective if you push the side of the can a little before use to reduced the strain. This could work. It’s now in the bin.Probably alright for some. Maybe I got a bad one. Just don’t bother mounting it to a wall you care about because you’ll probably have to remove and replace it with a different one in less than six months.Also, this only works for 330ml sized cans. Larger cans do not fit.
