I think these are really hard to beat, especially for the price. They contain many different strains which are all listed by name. It contains many of the strains that have been studied to be beneficial. I have had reduced stomach issues since using these.

I’ve purchased these multiple times because I love these probiotics so much. Ever since I’ve been taking them I have way less stomach issues. Also love the cost, as some other high quality products/prebiotics usually cost much more. Highly recommend.

Worked well for me

I bought these because my usual brand was a little higher and I didn't want to go without them. They worked for the most part. I wanna say the last couple weeks with them tho, they haven't been working as well. My diet hasn't changed, they just aren't doing their job as often. I think I'll go back to my usual brand and stock up when the price is down.

I've been using this probiotic product for 2 months now, and I can honestly say, I've noticed a dramatic difference in my digestive system. I suffer from IBS-D and have for many years, and I'm also a freshman in college. After starting college this semester, my stomach went into complete chaos. I was getting diarrhea every single day before school in the morning. So I decided, to come on amazon and search for a good one to start off with, and I ended up choosing this probiotic. Now, when I wake up in the mornings, I take probiotics, followed by a cup of hot lemon water. Most mornings are better than some, but overall, I've had a drastic improvement! My stomach may hurt once or twice a week now vs. every single day and when it does hurt, it's not as paralyzing and agonizing as it was. I am very thankful for this probiotic.

These weren’t bad but weren’t anything special. They are helpful with their intended purpose but I have found that there are more effective ones than these. Not disappointed at all I just found things that work better for me than these. Definitely worth giving these a go and if they work well for you hopefully you find a new staple within your wellness care.
