World Cheese Book

Fantastic book, just what I wanted!

It is clear, well laid out, informative and easy to read. A wonderful reference book. I had recently purchased a book on wine, which had only made the subject of wine seem even more confusing, so I wasn't expecting too much from the World Cheese Book. What a great surprise it turned out to. Not only am I really pleased that I bought it, but I am now going to buy a second copy, because this book will be really great gift for one of my "foodie" friends.

This is without doubt the best book that I have ever bought on Cheese. It is Brilliantly Illustrated with a very detaled background on all the Cheeses. An absolutely Must for all Cheese Connoisseur's. I highly recommend it. Evan

Great Book. All you'd ever need to know about cheese.

A gift for my father - this is an excellent book, although it does not cover 'the world' (west euro-centric, US and Oz, but not Asia or Africa, little on eastern Europe, and the middle east. It is well laid out and very informative.

Book is divided up into countries and where the different cheeses are found, a picture top of each page regarding what the cheese is like when cut bottom of the page picture pic of the whole cheese. A description of what the cheese taste like an a little bit about the history of some of the cheeses and very importantly tasting notes. Probably the cheese book to buy.
