I haven't noticed any moisture on bottom at all the rubber pegs on top allow all moisture to remain on top. No notice of any type of mark or rings.

Q: Are they can be hold the glass well?

We use these every day and have not had a problem with any type of glass or can we drink from. They do not stick to the bottom of your glass and can be washed easily.
