Firm mattress is NOT firm
I am a Stearns & Foster repeat customer and this mattress is NOT firm. I have had to buy mattress support planks to try and make it firmer. Not helping. I’ve contacted the seller through Amazon and no reply. Now waiting to see if I can get a refund. Beware of buying a mattress on Amazon. This cost me over $2k and now what do I do? Calling my credit card company next.
