The media could not be loaded. I absolutely loved this thing when I first used it - everything about it was perfect - the size was perfect for a small handbag, the digital readout is reassuring, the built in cord is so convenient, etc. I purchased it for a trip and used it 3 or 4 times with no issues. Grabbed it for another trip a month later - worked great - until it didn’t—USB C completely stopped working - Lightning plug still works, but USB C connection is gone - which makes it useless for me (other than to charge an old iPad) - although this is a bit pricey compared to other batteries, I thought it was worth it because of the perfect size, etc — but only 5 uses makes it insanely expensive- I don’t know if I got a lemon but since it died 2 months past the return date I’ll never know.If the seller contacts me to make this right I will update this review, but currently I would avoid purchasing this battery.

Fast delivery. As described. I agree with all the previous, positive reviews, and rather than repeat all those reviews, I am sharing some specific data about this great charging bank. It uses about 1% of the total charge to give 1% charge to your device; in other words you would use 30% of the available charge on the charger to get 30% charge onto your device. Nice. Each percent of charge takes about 2 minutes to transfer; so, if I use 30% of my available charger to charge my device with 30% (additional charge), it would take about an hour (60 minutes). Not bad. The charging bank seems to hold the available charge for quite a long time. I really like this compact charger with attached cables. It’s so handy when out and about, during power outages, and when I can’t charge my devices via the car chargers. Great purchase. I highly recommend it!

While I wanted to love this product after 6 weeks of infrequent use it is not working properly. After getting to 99% charge on,y charged my device by 3% before showing 0% on power bank. Very disappointing as I have own others that have performed great for years. I just wanted extra for work
