Works for “fake steak”
I saw something on Instagram about making a fake filet minion using hamburger. Totally a scam, but packing them with ground chuck in order to shape a fake steak works great. Think of it as a small, tall hamburger patty or a half-pounder slider!

Using these to make South American causas and they work like a charm. Really like that they're stainless steel. Wash and dry beautifully and the food (thus far) slips right out of them.
