Although the first one I received wouldn’t charge after first use it was quickly replaced and has worked fine ever since. Well worth the money

Have had this watch twice. First time I lost it and bought another. I had it for just over a month and stopped working not sure why however I got in touch with the company via email which took them about 2 days to respond however when they did they were very helpful and are issuing me with another watch which should be delivered within 7 days. So overall a 2 week return which I’m ok as the watch is great and I can personalise the home screen too. Sometimes disconnects from app but easy to reconnect. Not sure how accurate tracking is but idm much. Overall really good.

Don't buy I have now 2 burn marks on my skin, I'm going to get I touch with Amazon after this review, Ive had this watch for 3 weeks been used daily

I had purchased the same watch almost 2 years ago and had no problem with it at all. Unfortunately, I left it behind on holiday so I decided it was easier (and cheaper) to order a new one, rather than get my original watch sent back.I haven't been able to find this one with my phone do I have to return it.

Have had this watch just over a week now and, in that time, it has disconnected from my headphones twice, and disconnected from my phone twice. On all four occasions, I've had to uninstall the phone app and re-install it. It's a real pain.If it wasn't for this issue, I'd probably give it a higher score. I'm not sure how accurate the sleep monitor is, and I don't really use the fitness modes, but everything else seems fine although it does tend to get a bit overexcited when you move your arm even slightly, as the screen constantly seems to turn on and off as though it can't tell if I'm looking at it or not.

This watch is so easy to see and read, I bought it because it has the two different straps as the rubber straps irritate my skin so it was so nice to see that you could have a metal one as well, setting it up was quite easy too I also like the fact that you can change the look of the watch face, I use it mainly to up with my steps and to check my BP and so far it’s been ok. Thanks

Just recieved it strap fits after I had to return the other one back to small charging it waiting so I can set it up
