Great for heavy hip thrusts! Only issue is that it does slip on the floor when you push back on it. Simple fix is put it against a wall or put a plate behind it. Super lite and easy to move around.

I'm short so it's always been difficult for me to find a bench that is the right height for hip thrusts and this box is perfect. It is sturdy yet cushioned. At only 5'1" I am able to find a comfortable spot for my back when doing my exercises.

This is better than I could have expected. Small and light, sturdy. Great for hip thrusts and great for step ups.

I’ve tried using my workout bench with padding, with a yoga blanket folded over several times and it was uncomfortable and inconvenient. After each set of hip thrust had to adjust the padding. Not anymore this is a simple but convenient tool perfect for hip thrusts. I’m 5’4” the size works well and it’s comfortable to use.
