Q: what is the dementions of pill

They are cylindrical capsules filled with the powdered contents, that is, they have a plastic shell that dissolves. They are 7/8-inch long and 1/4-inch diameter. While on the large size for a pill, their slippery shell makes them easier to swallow for me than some other more coarse pills.

Not difference at all in my opinion. Some people cannot tolerate capsules or pills so the powder solves the problem.

Yea it does contain magnesium citrate. The back label says 400mg 3 capsules.

Q: Is this product good for brain health. Is it also good for sleep?

Everyone is different, but Magnesium usually does help with sleep as it relaxes the muscles & nervous system.
