Good sturdy board and smooth cutting, gets the job done

I scrapbook a lot and this is the smartest supply I ever bought!! I buy scrapbook paper in paper packs. When you do this the paper is larger the 12x12 so you have to trim each sheet. Not anymore!! The paper cutter is great, you can cut up to 30 sheets at a time depending on weight of the paper, and the cuts are clean and even. I LOVE THIS CUTTER!! It is light weight and easy to use and store. I would recommend this cutter to anyone who scrapbooks or a teacher who wants a quality and lightweight cutter for their classroom.

This papercutter was worth every penny and saves me so much time cutting school projects. It has a sharp blade that will cut 2-3 sheets of cardstock with ease. The ruler grid helps guide the paper for cutting. I understand the purpose of the guard but feel that it gets in the way and could be half the size. Love the safety latch, so the blade isn't moving while carrying. It's light weight and easily portable. Teachers, this is a must for those making task cards, books, or so many other paper cutting tasks!

I have been using this for a few months. At first I thought it was me, but have discovered that i can not use the top as a guide for straight lines, it comes out crooked every time. I have to use the white lines on the board. It makes it more time consuming. Also the green guard makes it harder to see where you are cutting. I definitely would have went with a different cutter.

This paper cutter is probably the best one I have ever used. Nice product.

Solid cutter, unlike the other gets the job done, but the safety bar makes it hard to see where the cut will be, so use I use a finger...well so much for safety.

Honestly this worked well. It cut great and was nice and straight. The quality was wonderful I returned it only because I needed something bigger. I would recommend this to anyone. It was nice and heavy duty. I wanted to use it for bookbinding but I needed to be able to cut like 500pages and this was not cut out for that. It was purely be not knowing about my new hobby enough that let me to purchase the wrong item for my needs.

Hope this helps someone thinking about purchasing. I have used paper cutters for many years. It cuts easily, it's accurate, and it is very sturdy. But be carful, the blade is sharp. That said, this cutter should not be used by children. The guard limits it to 20-25 pages at a time. The accuracy of the back edge is straight. Hope this helps.
