Try it upside down
The product is excellent.The only thing is about my neck construction - losing support for the head when shoulders are supported.Tried it upside with flat side down and it worked perfectly.

Too thick, not comfortable

Straps do not adjust
the straps do not extend so I'm unable to place it correctly. It's also not very comfortable for me, but my main issue is the straps.

Pushes My Head a Little Too Far Forward
Took a seven hour drive to Montana with this, and it was kind of nice...instead of my neck and back muscles holding my head in place, it naturally rested against this. It's very well made, seems to be high quality materials and all that. If it was 33% smaller, or there was a way to adjust how far forward it pushes your head from the headrest I could see this being one of my favorite things in life.It's very close to being amazing. It may fit other people's posture perfectly, and I would suggest trying it out. Just not my cup of tea.

The SAMSONITE Infused-Gel Car Neck Pillow with Airflow Memory Foam in the Large Size and Color Gray is Fantastic!!!I found it very comfortable on my neck, easy to use, sturdy, well made. Because I’m of petite frame and short, my car’s neck rest is higher than my neck so I decided to use this pillow reversed as someone in the reviews recommended and it worked well for me.Because it’s easy to remove and use on another car as well, I felt it’s very practical and versatile to use.I definitely recommend it…
