Amazing for candy making
I make a lot of toffee every year for the holidays. Arthritis has been making it a painful chore the last few years. Enter the Stirmate!! I can set it up and not worry about scorching. I'm hoping to see the thermometer attachment back in stock soon which will make this little machine perfect.

Convenient and a must have
Exactly what I was hoping it would be. Makes cooking constantly stirred dishes easier. The extended metal frame is a little too lifted from the bottom and allows eggs from custard to overcook

My arm is so much happier (and so am I)
Making multiple large pots of hot fudge and caramel that needs constant mixing was dreadful. This live saver is SO worth the money and does the job right.

Good for Creamy Soups Only
It will not stir anything thicker than a thin soup not meat spaghetti sauce nor chilli.. .. this item says it is frequently returned and it is because it doesn't live up to the videos.. I even bought the bigger stirrer.. Keep your money and keep shopping as this is not a solution.

Don’t use the BPA free as it’s bad too.
