Effective and gentle sounds like an ad for a laxative or stool softener. Trust me, nothing like that, but just as effective. Once in awhile I would take melatonin to help me sleep. As a midlife woman there are times that my mind doesn't shut off so my tired body may rest. When I found Unwind I was pleasantly surprised at the restful natural feeling that comes with a capsule. I take one before my shower and then kick back and read for a bit. As I'm relaxing, I can feel my mind and body literally began to unwind. It's such a a wonderful feeling.
