Fairly good for guitar, not so great for bass guitar
The media could not be loaded. After depending on the tuner on my phone, computer, or pedal board for the past few years, I had been looking to pick up a standalone guitar tuner for a while. Given the chance to try this Moreyes brand clip-on tuner, I decided to give it a try.As my video shows, this one is a bit of a mixed bag.The instructions indicate the tuner is setup for chromatic, guitar, bass, violin, and ukulele. I don't have the last two instruments but I am a bass player and guitarist, so I tried it on both. While the tuner did a fairly good job on the guitar, it really struggled to pick up the bass.I shortened my video but I made several adjustments to the tone of my bass to make it clearer and it didn't help in the least. For the D, E, and low B on my 5-string bass, it could barely register the note, even when playing harmonics.Ultimately, I think this will work fine for guitars and higher instruments. But as I more a bass player than a guitar player, I can't give it a glowing review due to its limitations.
