Very good quality product. Not a cheap plastic and is hard and sturdy. I wish the part which goes inside nostril was little thicker. But that's okay. Go for it.

The pot does what it's supposed to do and is able to handle larger volume of water, although build feels like cheap plastic and very flimsy.If you're a first-time Neti pot user, try this to get accustomed to what the Neti does and see if the nasal clean is something that you would like to do regularly.If you want to use the Neti regularly, either choose the Ceramic, or high quality Stainless steel pot.First time users: Neti can feel a little different the first time you use it, and you could feel a little irritation if you use excess salt so use a little lesser than the standard recommendation. Water should be lukewarm, although BOIL THE WATER FIRST !! Bring water to a complete boil, let it cool down to lukewarm level and use it.Make sure you keep your head slightly tilted to the front.

yet to try but I feel it should do a better job than a smaller size neti pot

it looks much smaller and manageable in the picture, while in reality it is like a mug (lota for those who understand it)! It is made of cheap plastic and does not work well. water falls from the large mouth rather than the spout. Please look at other small, useful neti pots made of ceramic. I bought this one for travel but a complete waste of money. In fact i bought 2, to give someone but now that is wasted.

Takes about 3 cups of water. Good thick plastic. No rough edges. Meets my needs well.
