Please do not waste your money on this product. I feel misled from reviews I read before I bought it. I've used this device for less than two months for basic internet use, word processing, and uploading some photos. It freezes and crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I use it. With very little stored on it, I am assaulted with notifications re: storage and also with entreaties to sign up for antivirus protection, etc.You may have wondered if the price for a simple laptop on this is too good to be true. You're correct. It is too good to be true. It hurts that I could have put money I spent on this piece of crap toward a higher-priced laptop that actually works.

great low price and it works great..perfect for bringing with you when you travel..we bought more of these.

I bought one of these 3 years ago when I didn't have a lot of money. It ran fine but I asked it to do too much. You can use it to run old SNES games on an emulator, write, surf the web, and you can plug it to a TV or an extra monitor with the HDMI port and watch movies or have an extra screen.Eventually, the windows 10 seemed to be running slow, and 2gb of RAM isn't enough anymore, so I switched it to Linux. I think there's a recovery partition but I might have gotten rid of it. Anyways now it's running a very lightweight Linux distro which frees up enough RAM, it only takes 150mb for the OS, and the rest of the RAM can be used for web browsing.It still works, and it's lightweight. I would not pay $200 for it but if you know what you are doing you could probably pick one up used and install a lightweight Linux OS on it and use it as a beater laptop, which is how I use it. It's unlikely someone will steal a flimsy laptop that doesn't even run a familiar OS.

Just like everyone else says, there is just no storage, so everytime an update appears I must ignore it and onlyable to use for looking stuff up. I guess I need the SSD for more memory, but I don't know anything aboutwhich to buy or how to install.

I understand you get what you pay for - but $180 is too much to pay for a useless paperweight. Storage capacity is misleading. You essentially have 0 storage space after the operating system. The WiFi adapter has to be constantly reset and the storage issues causes performance problems. Customer service for muse deal is terrible offering no recourse because the return window lapsed. As the issues were only experienced later, some options should have been offered.

Bought this computer for my daughter for middle school and it has absolutely no storage. Worst decision ever. She was never able to use it. So disappointing.

Unless you are just using the internet, this computer is trash. Absolutely no storage space.

Nothing but problems. Everytime I try to turn it on I have to reboot. After time now it wont even start up. Just a dark screen and the power is on and charged tried everything. Dont waste your money.
