really comfortable
Have bought these Timberland boots for quite a few years (probably my 6th pair) and always soft light and comfortable, my only concern is they are not the most waterproof and past experience with these is that the toe rubber in the front of the boots starts to detach after about 2-3 months of use then they can start to leak so not the best in that respect. But comfort and lightness is great and i usually get about 6 months use from these walking daily with dogs in New Forest. Quite often put the older pair away form May- September then use a newer pair for the Winter.

Am size 7 brought 7.5
It just fit me and am not happy about it because is the first time that I hate timberland boots badly made and don't feel like it's genuine leather the fitting feeling when I put the boot on feel abit tight not value for money, Don't think i ever going to buy it on full price not worth it ,shopping online down size you really can't buy boots, shoes ect ect without trying it on you don't know if you like the feel, the look or its fitting

Great summer boots but not waterproof in any way
Have owned a couple pairs of these over the years as they are lightweight and extremely comfortable. That said, they are not in any way waterproof, so only good for dry weather. Last pair I bought let in water on the very use on a 20 minute walk across wet grass. Judging from other boot reviews, if you want waterproof boots you're much better advised to spend the money and invest in a pair of Zamberlan boots - they may cost a lot more but they are well worth the investment if you want dry socks after a long wet walk.
