We use oil of oregano at the onset of a cold. It drastically decreases the duration of a cold for our family. Please check with your doctor before taking any medications.

Tv his is garbage. The capsule has a plastic that will harm you. I cut the plastic to smell the black seed oil and it was no blackseed oil. Be careful of the things you see advertised. Keep to plant based and stop taking trash. Blackseed oil has that odor. Quality is no good. Don't know what is in it plus the plastic that enclose the capsule will sick you

I take 2 capsules once a day for a month now. I haven’t noticed any change in my digestive system. Possibly more energy but I’ve also been getting more sleep so I don’t know.
