This is our second purchase of this migraine cap. My son borrowed the first one and loved it so much we let him have it. This article is great, my wife uses it when she is sick with migraine and it has fantastic results, the migraine goes away, she sleeps peacefully and then she does not want to take it off, it is made of an elastic material that has like a gel inside that becomes cold when in contact with the air that is a relaxing sensation that eliminates migraine in a matter of minutes, it is incredible how it can eliminate a pain as intense as migraine in just minutes, it is indispensable at home

Really great product for helping with migraine relief. I've only tried it cold and it feels great. I wish it stayed cold longer, but that is not a design flaw. The gentle pressure also feels good even when the cap returns to room temp.

I returned mine.I didn't like the intense cold all over my head and eyes like a literal "brain freeze"... It's too much? I just didn't need this much coverage and it's not possible to lift the eye mask to see.And then after a while the cold wears off and now it has no purpose you have to put it back in the freezer and it's so bulky... So I think it's not a good product for me, I went with a different design which was a thick headband.
