Life-Changing Relief for Migraines!
As someone who suffers from frequent migraines and often finds that medications either take too long to work or aren’t effective enough, this cold cap has truly been a game changer. I recently had a migraine so intense that I was completely debilitated—I couldn’t even stand up from the pain and couldn’t fall asleep no matter how exhausted I felt.Within minutes of putting this cap on, I felt real relief. Great deal
Does have a funky smell but not terrible. If you are a migraine girly its like who cares ab that if it can help a headache and its really not terrible! Doesnt stay cold too long but definitely helps and I will flip it around once the one sides not cold and the other is still cold. Sometimes ill even just put it on to block out the light so nice.

Relaxing
My mother always has severe headaches and migraines, so I went to Amazon to find something not knowing. Gave this product a chance and it blew her mind it’s very soft works very well stays at good tempature . She loves it

Works great
Works great but I should keep it in a plastic bag/container in the fridge or freezer. Mine smells like my freezer. It does soothe my headaches and it blocks out the light so that is great.

Sweet Relief
Ever since getting this, it is my saving grace. I have had massive headaches and i put this cooling cap on and it instantly dulls the pain. I will say that even just the pressure of the cap helps alleviate pain. I have taken naps in this cap, and while the cooling effects don't last long, they work enough for me to feel better. 10/10 recommend

Effective, comfortable and worth every dime
I was shocked to find that the pressure from this headband countered the pressure in my head. It is such a lifesaver that I bought one for every household in my family. In most cases replaces excedrin for migraines.

Instant pain relief
This has been a great non medication option for headache management. My daughter uses it regularly for migraines. We find that if placed over the eyes the cold is too intense but on the top of the head works great.

Thinner and less effective than others for me.
I got this to have to change out with another that I received as a gift. I immediately noted that this is not very well constructed and it is extremely thin. I don’t expect it to last very long but I will update. The cold affect is magic to ease pain. Unfortunately it stays cold for a VERY short time. Unlike my other, this one can apparently be warmed as well. I get no relief from heat, but it you do then it might be worth a try. It might work better for heat. There is some compression over the eyes and jaw that gives some relief as well as blocking light. Overall though, there are others out there that would have been more worth the money for my particular needs.
