This is a good mix of energy support and anti-aging supplements in one pill. Easy to swallow capsules. We knew about NAD+,CoQ10, and Resveratrol for some time. Never heard of PQQ. Made in the USA which is a plus.

Love that this NAD is combined with COQ 10 for optimal hdart health. If there was one anti-aging supplement I would take it would hands down be NAD. Great cost too!

I’ve been taking this supplement for a short time now, and I’m generally pleased with the formula. It combines several ingredients like NAD+, CoQ10, Resveratrol, and PQQ, all of which are known for their antioxidant properties and mitochondrial support. I appreciate that it’s manufactured and bottled in the USA in a GMP certified facility, and the product claims to be tested by a third party. But this is only a label, I don't see a certification backing up the claim.One thing to note is that the supplement contains 200mg of NAD+, which seems a bit lower than some other products on the market that offer higher doses. The serving size is 4 gels per day, which feels like a bit too many pills for my taste. It’s a bit cumbersome, especially when you’re already taking other supplements throughout the day. I’m also unsure if they’re best taken all at once or if they should be spread out over the day, perhaps 2 gels in the morning and 2 at night, but there’s no clear instruction on this.Overall, I do like the formula and feel positive about the potential benefits, but the pill count and lack of guidance on how to take them make it less convenient. I’ll continue using it and see if I notice any changes, and I hope there’s more clarity on the dosing in the future.
