Perfect, after 1 month, no leaks and cools properly

For my 2004 4Runner V8, this was a perfect replacement after 237K miles and a radiator leak. I work slowly, and it only took me about 2 hours start to finish to replace it. Quality item, perfect fit. Make sure you stop by Toyota and purchase an expensive radiator cap as this radiator is shipped bare.

For the price you can't beat this. I will update in about a year or two or whenever it fails.

I purchased this Denso 221-3124 radiator for my 2006 Toyota 4Runner V8 with close to 200,000 miles. My original had developed very small leaks at the bottom corners that I noticed during a routine oil change. Weird, instead of being bummed out that I had a slightly leaky radiator, I was excited at the opportunity to turn some wrenches.The best price I could find for an OEM Toyota radiator was $400 online. I know Denso is an OEM provider for Toyota so I wasn't worried about the quality of this radiator.The radiator arrived in good condition, double boxed with sheets of cardboard over the cooling fins for additional protection.Installation was relatively straightforward with no major surprises. While replacing the radiator, I also took the opportunity to replace the upper (Toyota 16571-50200, Radiator Coolant Hose) and lower (Lexus 16572-50190, Radiator Coolant Hose) radiator hoses, radiator cap (Toyota 16401-6A140 Radiator Cap), and the hose clamps (Rotor Clip CTB-50ST FK, Steel, Constant Tension Band Hose Clamp, 1-31/32" Hose OD (Pack of 10)).Mounting holes, screw locations, everything lined up perfectly on the new radiator. You do need to re-use the rubber mounting pieces from your old radiator on the new one, so make sure you don't do anything crazy with them to destroy them.
