Interior Designer here. These pillow covers give the appearance of silk and the durability of polyester. Well made. Can wash and iron on proper setting. They are not soft to the touch, but if needed for decorative purposes they are gorgeous. Perfect level of sheen. Filled out nicely with 2" bigger pillow forms. They pair nicely with both velvet and satin coverlet sets for an inexpensive yet higher end look. Note that dark gray leans warm, yet is versatile. Would buy again.

It says faux silk, not even close. It's hard and see through, but the color on it is beautiful as a pop of color in your bedroom or living room. So for that reason I gave it a 3 and not returning them.

I have bought many of these pillows from this company and enjoy the quality of the fabric and the concealed zippers. This was an amazing size to find and worked wonderfully for a 50-year-old down pillow that was very dense and compact over the years.
