Smells great, feels great
I love the scent- minty but not overwhelming. My hair feels great! I have thin, long straight hair that requires daily washing. I struggle with shampoos and conditioners that smooth as too greasy, for ‘body’ it dries too much. No Issues with either with this shampoo or the conditioner which I also use. Getting lots of compliments on condition of hair.

Good product, but rubbish seller using unsuitable packaging and offering no replacement service.
Aveda is a great manufacturer, and its Mint Rosemary shamppo and simple but effective helathy scalp cleanser. The seller hwoever doesn't match that - the packaging of the product is very bad. There's no packing out of the bottle in the single layer carboard box. My order had both the box and 1lt shampoo botteld amaged with content seeping out in and out of the box. Another delivery, sepratately delivered, had its packaging soiled too. Seller doesn't offer replacement or returns - which is bad form. So have to find a new supplier (not using those incompetent guys again) and order again. Strangely, no one else sells this on Amazon! Market gap. So, I'm left out of pocket for extra delivery charges. Bad. Amazon in process of reimbursing me after chat with agent.
