I got this on 12/20/22 & it just stopped working the other day!! I got regular one on 08/06/20 & 5 years later it’s still going strong!! I started not to get these drills because they are cheap, but I’m glad I did because they are well worth the money!! Getting another one because the vibration is smooth.

The perfect Nail Drill! Very easy to use and works perfectly. The drill has as up to 30 levels of speed and accelerates very gradually from level to level. Very light weight and compact, and comes in very organized packaging. The instruction manual is very useful, it comes with not only instructions for how to use and set up the drill but ways to maintain and ensure the longevity of the product. It goes over proper use, maintenance, charging, etc. The only thing i wish it would elaborate more on in the manual is the cleaning of the drill, but id much rather have the "Problem and Terms of Settlement" section than that bit of information I could just look up. Overall, great nail drill, especially for me being a beginner.

5 years later and it’s still going like new… I do want to mention I only do my own nails with it but I’ve been using it at least every 2weeks for the past 5 years and it’s the best.i did have a hiccup with the shortage in the cord about a year after purchase I reached out the Melody Suzie and they sent me a replacement no extra charge… Great customer service and no other issues since then.

The media could not be loaded. I have been doing my nails for 5 years now and I have a family member that has been doing hers for over 20 years. When I started out I bought a 30 dollar drill to get me by after almost 5 years it needed to be replaced. My family member loved her drill by this company so I splurged and decided to get me one.I LOVED IT when I first got it. It was so quiet worked really well and loved the cordless part I was so happy. Well I only do my nails with my supplies about every 2 weeks but decided to go nail less for a month, I go to add nails back on half way through only using it the 3rd times the drill stopped working. The battery still had all bars but I plugged it in and tried figuring out why it was not working and it just refused to spin anymore.So half way through doing my nails I had to finish them manually.I’m so disappointed because nail influencers I follow and my family member that does nails uses this product and rave about it so the sage continues…I contact Amazon first to see what I can do to get a replacement. They give me a link and a way to chat with this company to get help. Great I message them and I get told I have to talk to Amazon… I go back to Amazon and they take care of me. Again disappointing.I just wanted a replacement because maybe mine is defective idk but I got a refund instead and now I have to go find another brand I guess. I’m just sad.

The best nail drill I've ever had. It's a plus that it's rechargeable, so you can take it anywhere. It's easy to handle, and I love it because it's not heavy. I think it's a good price for the quality.

This drill is of very good quality, I'm surprised by how long its battery lasts, it's an excellent option if you need a drill that you can move from one place to another, I love this product.

I’ve been doing nails since 2020, I’ve bought multiple drills in the past & they either completely stopped working after a few uses or weren’t good quality. I bought this nail drill in 2021, and have never had issues with it until November of 2024. The drill is sleek, portable, is very powerful, & isn’t loud! The battery life is also great , I wouldn’t have to charge it all the time compared to previous drills. It lasted me years without any issues. Recently, when trying to use it , the drill would randomly stop in the middle of a set, but if I position it in a certain way, it’ll start working again. It may be the handpiece that’s the issue, but not sure. I was surprised that it lasted me this long, I will probably upgrade to one of their newer drills. Regardless, I think that this drill is great & beginner friendly. Great investment.

I know that this is a TikTok favorite drill right now, but it truly does live up to the hype and I love that it shows the RPMs on the digital screen because before I invested in this one I had a maybe $20 one that didn't show that so I never really knew how many RPMs I was working with. I haven't used the drillbits that come with it because I purchased separate ones from Pana and I also bought the cuticle drillbits that are sold by Melody Su as well so I'm not sure about the drill bits that come with it but it does work well with other drillbits.
