All-in-One 19.5" × 14.5" Cutting Board in Natural

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this over others because it can be put in the dishwasher and it won’t scratch and hold germs or gluten. Gluten can get on this board and you would have to wash that off. I’m not saying that this board is gluten-free 24 seven. What I am saying is that it doesn’t hold scratches where gluten can get in and Kohls cross contamination.I have celiac and AI recommended this board to me and now I have three of them. I put them in the dishwasher and have had no problems: this one is the slate black in the largest size. It’s actually beautiful in our nearly white kitchen. The functionality is just as described. It’s very durable. These boards are not super thick like wood boards but who knew I would like this better? I thought it was going to be a painful transition from my beautiful walnut cutting boards. Nope it’s been so easy and carefree. You can get these in the size you want I chose the largest board to sit on the end of my island for coffee cups etc. It has a texture to it not a silky smooth finish and I like that too. I have used my knives on it then turned right around and used it as a tray to eat off of lol. (After washing of course.)If you care about germs and gluten this is the board for you.

This cutting board is perfect. It's lightweight, grips to the counter, has a juice groove, no micro plastics, maintenance free, looks nice and dishwasher safe. I really enjoy using this cutting board daily and has made the cooking process more enjoyable. Not a bad thing I can say about this piece.

This cutting board is a big disappointment! I bought the slate color in hopes that it would not show any stains. Turns out the very first time I cut something on it, the stains were imbedded and STILL DON’T COME OUT!! I used everything imaginable to get out the stains, including the dishwasher and no luck!! Don’t waste your money on these high end cutting boards 😝

Really great contemporary design. Incredibly lightweight. Dishwasher safe, love the anti-slide feet on the bottom. Holds up well. And I love the liquid reservoir cut out. Really well done. Would buy another one in the future for sure.!

I replaced my aging plastic OXO boards primarily due to concerns over microplastic shedding. I was initially hesitant about compressed fiber options, but after seeing friends’ Epicurean boards hold up long-term, I made the switch—and it’s been a worthwhile upgrade.Performance & Durability:- Cutting feels similar to working on slate or butcher block. Knife marks appear early, but blade sharpness holds up better than on hard surfaces.- Although marketed as dishwasher-safe, I hand wash (hot water, soap, sponge) to prolong life. Drying takes about twice as long as plastic but does not impact quality, even after full saturation.- Lightweight and significantly thinner than OXO plastic boards, yet remains highly stable thanks to rubber feet. Both sides are fully usable.-True to measured size (and range of sizes is excellent for varied kitchen use).Care & Maintenance:- Some minor off-gassing out of the box—gone within 1–2 days after a rinse.- Requires board butter every 3 months to maintain surface integrity.- Life expectancy is 2–3 years of heavy use, potentially up to 5 years with lighter workloads.Appearance:- Desirable look to the kitchen set, and can be a cutting board as much as a serving board.Minor Issues:- My board arrived with a surface cut. Cosmetic damage is inevitable over time, so not a major concern.Verdict:Highly recommended despite the higher upfront cost. Protects knife edges, avoids microplastic contamination, and offers a lighter, more sustainable alternative to plastic or heavy boards.

This thing is great. Easy on knives like wood, but you can put it in the dishwasher. The little rubber feet seem solid and the keep it from slipping. I like it so much I ordered a second, smaller one. The juice grooves aren't very deep because this thing is so thin, but I almost never need the feature.
