Great Laptop
Excellent laptop, the touch screen responds very well, you can rotate it in 360 degrees and use it as a tablet. Great audio quality with Bang & Olufsen speakers. The resolution of the screen is FHD. Not recommended for gaming, it heats up very quickly.

Great value - perfect for working at home
Needed a new laptop here for working from home that took advantage of the equipment in the home office. Wife and I work from home on different days and with this laptop she was able to use the USB-C/Thunderbolt connector to run the two 24 inch high resolution monitors along with the touchscreen, the wired 1 gigabit network and fibre connection as well as the headset for video calls.Product arrived in genuine box, was brand new and easy to install all the required software as well as connect (via USB-C) to network including the wireless printer. Works great on the WiFi or using the ethernet on the dock - i5 processor more than enough for office work and great 14 inch 1080 touchscreen.

Charger did not work.
The charger did not work. I contacted company for a replacement and was sent a replacement charger 21 days later. When I was finally able to use the laptop it worked fine. However the wait time was a major disappointment

Worst purchase ever
This laptop was a waste of money. I needed it for school and it did not last a good year. The laptop fan is very noisy and kept running even when the laptop is switched off and eventually my laptop started malfunctioning. It started glitching, coming off even when charged, the cursor started malfunctioning as well and eventually, the CPU fan stopped working. I am truly disappointed and I will not be purchasing another Hp laptop after this, especially since this issue completely disrupted my workflow.Point to note, it was very challenging to find a replacement CPU fan for this specific model.

a little disappointed
It has a problem with the speaker. I’ll be watching my college lectures and the sound will go out but the video will still be playing. I have to constantly put a headphone jack and take it out a few times for the sound to come back on...
