Is this a glow in the dark costume

There for Halloween so have not worn yet but they are definitely glowing in the packs in the dark

If I'm 5'9 should I go for the xl so it's not too tight?

It also depends on your body size! Also arm length. I would say a size up from your normal and it is rather snug fitting

It was a load of crap!!! Did not like it! It did not even fit ☹️! I was wondering if I could get my money back on this item? I had no time to send it back. If you could sort this out I would really appreciate it. Thanks XHorrible hideous load of crap. I hated it with a passion!!!! Especially the stupid face mask with it’s stupid grin and teeth.
