15.7" from mb input to splitter 11.8" from breakout to device connection Total length from end to end is 27.5"

Q: Will this work with Gigabyte Fusion 2.0?

Fusion 2.0 is software, this is a y-cable to split hardware connections. That being said. New X470 and x570 Motherboards (Intel units as well) have the ARGB header and yes this can be used with that header on the MB and the Fusion software

Q: Does this cable work with Aura Sync on Asus motherboards?

Yes they do, haven't had a problem. Work perfectly with aura sync and halo lux fan led rings
