Yes, white is cut out. The plastic hold its rolled up shape badly, lay it out flat for a while first and take a bunch of bricks or something to hold it down.

Q: What is the width of the silhouette? 3", 4"? Do you have to use spray paint or can it be rolled? Is the size of the template 42 x 48 ?

4". You need to use traffic paint sold at paint stores,e.g. Sherwin/ Williams or other and you will need to roll it on. The paint is thicker than molasses in Jan. A gallon of the paint weighs about twice that of a regular kind of good house paint. I believe the template I got was 4'x4'

Q: Does this include the stencil for the square blue area as well? Thanks!

1. Tape off and paint a blue square. 2. After the blue paint is dry, use the stencil to paint the white wheelchair.
