It doesn't make me sleepy. It doesn't make me calm. No magic hete. Don't try to take it away though. I'll fight you. I put it on about an hour to half hour before bedtime. I have a bedtime. That's the difference. The clock isn't the key. Putting this on tells me it's getting near bedtime. I echad insomnia since I was eleven and I'm 66. I love me my Ambien. But thisxprepatrsxme for bed and and for dreams. I do have anxiety and panic attacks. Just because it was on the counter input it on when I took my medicine and breathed it in until the medicine kicked in. Fabulous. I can't do mindfulness. I can't do the breathing. I can smell something familiar and comforting. I expected lavender, which I love. They concocted a good thing hete. Maybe I kept smelling it to se if I could pick out the individual scents. Whatever.. I know when it's bedtime. If I'm tense., pretty standard sometimes, I enjoy rubbing it in the spots that STRE tense as long as I'm putting it on. If they did one of those tins with the wax I'd love to be able to carry it around. At first it was a "so what?" As long as it was jour I put it on and IRS part of my shifting gears vand getting ready for bed. It's comfort food you don't eat. I never ever thought id put something under my nose. I do with this. .

My honest review is as follows....Great amount and fair price. Compared to other expensive big name brands that charge 3x the amount for a blend, this is well worth the money. Smell is soothing, quality is good, cap dispenser works properly and fast and it helps me sleep. I diffuse it every night and I've also applied this blend by using a rollerball diluted with grapeseed oil. I've purchased the same product twice and in two different occasions. Both equally packaged nicely, quality is great and the smell is soothing. If you appreciated my review please mark it as helpful.

I would give this product like 3.5 - 4.0 stars. My biggest complaint is the smell. I purchased a diffuser along with this because my boyfriend sleeps like crap almost every night and I sleep like a baby so I felt kind of bad. I got this oil obviously because it says it is for sleep. When I received it, I was eager to try it out. Instantly, I noticed the smell. It is VERY strong. But to be fair, it starts our super strong but once it's in the diffuser, the smell either dissipates or you get used to it. So it stinks up my room for a couple of mins each night then it's fine throughout the whole night. I have some peppermint (the cooking kind from the grocery store because I'm cheap and that's what I had lying around) and I added a few drops to make the smell a little less harsh.The dropper isn't bad. You're most likely not going to get exactly 4 drops every single time but if you're going for 4, you might get 5 or 6 which isn't a big deal at all.As for the "sleep" essence of it, I believe it works really well. My boyfriend still tosses and turns or wakes up at a noise occasionally (that won't be fixed with oils) but when he is sleeping, and myself too, it is a super deep, awesome sleep. We've used it for about a week now and we have slept amazingly each night (minus hiccups). So it does do its job quite well. Basically, if you can stand the smell for a few mins each night and you want to sleep in a deep sleep, then I say try it out.This is my first time every doing anything with oils, I normally pop a Benadryl

Wonderful smell and calming effect. I use this nightly in my aromatherapy diffuser. It has been a life changer for me and my family, literally. First off I am a night owl, but if I am in the room when this thing is on, no matter the time...I will often start to doze off. Secondly my daughter often has bad dreams or night terrors (bad dreams due to an over-active imagination I think), and I put some drops of this with some water in a little spray bottle and put it under her pillow and she loves the smell. It helps with her sleeping more peacefully.I absolutely love the smell of this stuff. I am planning on trying some of their other mixtures as well and using them for my diffuser.

This particular synergy was just ok. The aroma was pretty weak, from bottle and when diffused, even when I added a fairly large amount as I experimented over time. I won’t buy it again, I would much rather “build” my own relaxing, sleepy-time mixture

I am very happy with Sleep Tight Synergy essential oil blend from Plant Guru. I researched this company and found them to make high quality products at reasonable prices. I used several of them now. I am especially happy with Sleep Tight. The smell is very pleasant, but most importantly, it works for me. The quality of my sleep has improved immensely. Other sleep aids I had tried left me very groggy in the morning, but I wake up refreshed and alert with Sleep Tight. Won't be without it.

Love this oil!! Helps for me to sleep. Tried many others that are so much more expensive, this oil works as well. I can not put ANY of the oils on my direct skin, causes major irritation. I have blotted the oils on my pillow and works great but going through the bottle too quickly. I'm now trying a diffuser, night #3, not too happy because not sleeping as well. Back to blotting on the pillow tonight, at least I have found 1 ounce bottle and still not a budget breaker. Trying a new oil tonight too, trying a combo of Sleep Tight and Breath, said Breath is good for allergies. Stay tuned. . .
