Can i put these on my legs i play football?? (2 pair)

You can, but you’ve got to have skinny legs.

Amount of bands in package?

Just one pair in each package. One for the right arm and one for the left arm.

I have a 16 inch biceps is it fits on it

the package with item (band) is 4" I really don't think it would fit.

Are these good for tennis or golfer’s elbow as an alternative to the thicker bands?

Hi sorry no therapeutic benefits or attributes here. merely a sweat band that is most effective on tennis courts like today at 106 degrees in Ca. Foothills. They do absorb well though.

Makes your forearms POP

Sure it helps keep some of the sweat from rolling down your arm into your glove.If you play baseball - you know these are really just to make your forearms look jacked and the veins look like a nurse's dream for an IV.10/10 Would wear again instead of doing forearm workouts.
