Be aware that the bag comes with no instructions but is quite obvious as to how to put together.You will need to purchase 3 or 4 bags of fine sand (NOT builders sand). I also used a large funnel and a plastic jug to scoop the sand and feed via the funnel into the base. 3 bags of sand was more than sufficient for me, though 4 bags might be necessary for a very large, heavy punching person.Firstly, turn the base upside down (hole side down) and fit the rubber base plates. Next, site the base hole side up in the position you intend to use the bag; as when filled with sand and bag installed, it is very heavy. Insert funnel into hole and fill base with the fine sand. When finished filling base, insert the rubber bung to close hole off.Next, position bag onto base, carefully turning to line up holes for the fixing bolts. Fit bolts in place with spanner provided, but do not tighten bolts as there is a certain amount of slight movement necessary to ensure all bolts go in true. Once all bolts have been threaded in place, then tighten down.Bag is now ready to use and note, the bag itself can rotate on base so you can make use of the numbered side or not.I looked a many upright bags ranging in price up towards £350 and ready many reviews before deciding on this purchase. I am so pleased not to have bought a more expensive model. This bag at £109 plus price of sand is very good indeed. It is very sturdy and stable. An excellent product and I highly recommend it.

If you would like a heavy duty bag then this is the bag for you!! I have tried most of the bags which are in the market right now, and this is the bag which combines quality, good price and can take really heavy punches. Imagine that I did not fill it with water or sand and I stack it on the tiles and try to punch it a couple of times really hard and guess what the bag did not even move. [Please note, the technique when you punch a bag is quite important (you do not push the bag, you punch it remember this)]However, I would like you to keep in mind, when you deal with mass productions then it is quite possible to get a defective item, it happens right? (these are called outliers in statistics :) and can happen sometimes) I would encourage you to talk to the company, the guys there are really helpful, do not send the bag back without asking a replacement, you will miss an amazing opportunity to try this product and see what is capable of!! (Please be aware this is a new item, and thus I do not know how long it will last but if something happen I will keep my review up to date! )

After researching many I ordered this one reviews were good, specifically others stated filling was a pain and although not in the description the filling is very easy as it uses a large hole in the top, the pic shows two bags of sand with room for possibly another bag (25kg bags). Another reason for this purchase was the stated 6 foot height, many were stated as 6 foot but only 5.5. The base has not had the suckers fitted as I need to move it around and the primary work out area is carpeted and while it rocks considerably if hit hard, like the old weebles it doesnt fall down, the movement for me adds to the workout as it means I have to move around with the bag. My only concern is after a few uses I noticed some potential cracks on the mounting on opposite sides of each other, these look like the beginnings of stress fractures, I will be monitoring these. Easy of assembly its so simple and quick, filling did take me 20 minutes only because my sand was damp had it been dry I could have just poured it out of the bag into the large hole so gave it a 5. It is very sturdy handles big hits, not doubt on a hard floor with the suckers fitted it would not move, but the set up is how I want it another 5 . I have only give durability a 3 specifically due to these "fractures" appearing after only a few short session, if they dont get any worse I will upgrade this but it is a concern and £200 is a lot to spend on a chance it wont break in after a few sessions.

Its been around 6 months now and the bag is going strong. I use it about 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes. No issues. Will need 2 people to assemble. 🥊🥊

I had a 2018 punch bag fromMax strength and we best stand up punch bag ever. Moved like a real bag. Was heavy and steady. These new ones are just cheap crap. I am ex semi pro fighter and work in film and tv industry as a stunt performer. I’m telling don’t not buy this bag. It’s not worth £50 let alone £196. It’s weak! Rocks from the base and takes one hard punch to knock it over. An inflatable punch bag is more durable than this. Cheap made crap.

I love the fact that this is flexible enough to move around the room, can move when hitting at high power but only put water in it!I love this though; great fun and got me exercising regularly again. More durable than my fitness!I am glad that I invested in this.
