Yes, I have an iPhone XR with a big rubber case and it fits! Took me like 30 seconds to figure out the fit and the holder fits well on my PM5 monitor

Does this fit an iPhone 11 on the Concept2 rower?

Yes. It fits all phone sizes since it's flexible and made out of silicone. Just make sure you have the Pm5 monitor from Concept 2. This phone holder will not fit the PM3 or PM4 Thank you

Will this work on the xebex rower?

It is made for the Concept 2 Monitor, PM4 and PM5. I am not familiar with the Xebex rower, but it would need to match exactly the PM4 and PM5 sizes of the concept 2 monitor

Will it work on a LifeFitness rower?

I would not think so as the device was made to fit the concept pm5 monitor. Unless your life fitness has that monitor which I doubt it will not fit
