does this take out your water weight or does it actually help you loose weight

Yes just water weight. Do you need to use a waist trainer

You don't need to use a waist trainer (as in a corset) however there is a neoprene type exercise belt that is normally used in conjunction with the cream. It enhances the effectiveness of the process and prevents the cream from getting on your close. The same company makes a great waist trimmer exercise belt. Worth the purchase for sure!

Does it help loose fat?
