Q: Does anyone have trouble with balance poses on this mat?

No. IT helped me a lot with my poses because I have a better grip it’s the first mat that doesn’t let me slip. It’s way thicker than my other mats too.

Q: Is the bone pattern bottom more durable?

I’ve found it to be pretty durable. I use the mat several times a week and haven’t had any issues.
